To avoid contaminating and affecting the air, environment and people, those used bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, cleaning pads, shower curtains, feather duvets and pillows will be packed, sent to the professional laundry company and wash directly. The mentioned beddings or washroom stuffs will be washed with 2 processes:
a. The on-day soaked disinfectant water, which is mixed in 1:6 ratio of sodium chlorate (bleach) and 75°C of hot water;
b. Use 75°C hot water to add an appropriate amount of detergent to wash once and then dehydrate, and repeat 3 times.
To maintain the best accommodation environment for our guests, housekeeping use 1:50 diluted bleach cleaning up inner and outer guest rooms, from inside to outside and from top to bottom. For implementing the better disinfection operation, after disinfection, housekeeping clean the surface and floor with a damp cloth, mop and water. Last but not least, housekeeping MUST wipe the door handle before entering in and after finishing (leaving).
To protect every guest, the frequently touched equipment should be covered with a film, such as toilets’ doorknobs, switches, telephones, remote controls and other, TV remote controls, air-conditioning buttons, or other touch panels. For sure, everything will be repacked and changed after one and once have check-out.

How to apply for a daily subsidy of 500TWD for TPE residents?
TPE Citizens registered who stay in the Hub Hotel only need to attach:
1. A copy of the national ID card of the person under home quarantine or quarantine
2. A copy of the home quarantine or quarantine notice
3. The proof of stay in Hub Hotel
A daily subsidy of 500TWD will be provided for the eligible days of stay. The maximum subsidy is 7,000TWD, and is limited to ONE APPLICATION.
Those in-home quarantine or quarantine can apply to the "Taipei City Home Quarantine Person Subsidy" (click to open) on the "Citizen Service Platform" website within 6 months from the day after the end of the quarantine or quarantine; the subsidy is available in full Online application.

After entering TPE, can you pick up and drop off from the airport to the hotel?
Did you know that some quarantine taxis do not contain credit cards payment, and you have to line up to exchange cash for taking quarantine taxis?
Once you apply and do the room reservation of Hub Hotel, you can first request (add-on) and full-paid for the quarantine shuttle from the Official Website Reservation Form.
There are 2 types of Quarantine Shuttle:

The hotel does not provide laundry services. During the quarantine period, laundry cannot be delivered outside. If you need to wash your clothes, the hotel provides laundry detergent. It is recommended that guests or relatives and friends prepare enough clothing at a time.
Can guests stay with their family in the same room?
It is not allowed to stay in the same room during the isolation period, but Hub Hotel will try to arrange the same floor according to the room condition. If guests need to contact each other, please use the room phone, or use personal communication equipment to contact.

Can the quarantine guests meet outsiders (friends and family)?
Absolutely not.
During isolation period, once the guest’s check-in and move into the room, not meetings or dates are allowed, guests can only use their own telecommunication equipment (smart-phone) or the room phone to connect others.
Can foreigners reserve and stay in Hub Hotel?

Are there any housekeeping services?
During isolation period, for everyone’s safety, housekeeping staffs would not step in to the occupied room for cleaning, may guests please clean-up by one-self first.
Is the room safe and with good hygiene?
After the guest(s) checkout, the cleaner(s) from professional disinfection company will implement the disinfection process which focus on guests’ rooms, aisles, corridors, lobby, lifts and so on. According to the March 30, 2020 “Environment Cleaning Notice and Announcement” from Department of Health (Taipei City Department), there is a list with guidelines, requirements, directions, and examine items on cleaning process, equipment and management for housekeeping cleaning up and tidying with disinfection alcohol.
After the booking is done, is cancellation allowed?
Yes, you can, and there is the Cancellation Rules of Hub Hotel for reference.
- Cancellation 14-day before check-in, NO FEE will be charged and FULL REFUND;
- Cancellation 10-13 days before check-in, 30% of reservation fee (total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 7-9 days before check-in, 50% of reservation fee (total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 4-6 days before check-in, 60% of reservation fee (total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 2-3 days before check-in, 70% of reservation fee (total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 1 day before check-in, 80% of reservation fee (total payment) will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on check-in date, NO REFUND.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge in the event of force majeure.
Force majeure factors include: failure of nuclear acid test, change or cancellation of flight by airline, change of flight by airline and there is no room available in the hotel.
Can infant stay in?
Definitely yes, the age below 2-year-old infant is FREE.
Parent(s) can also request Crib/ Cot (for age 0-2 infants), infant bath tub (chair), baby bottle sterilizer without any charges.
