What kind of airport transfer vehicle do you offer?
We will provide a private car or minivan. You can arrange the drop-off or pick-up time with us prior to your departure or arrival. Each car or minivan is designated for the guests of that room. You will not be sharing the vehicle with other hotel guests.
We have a lot of large sized luggages, Is it the same price?
If you book a double room, your luggages are limited to two check-in luggages(below 29"). If you have more luggages, we will arrange vehicles of 7 seats to carry more luggages. For this situation, we will charge you NT$300 extra fee.
We are 3 people with large sized luggages, can we all fit
If you book tripe room or above，we will arrange vehicles of different sizes. Don't worry, all vehicles are designed to carry large suitcases.
If our flight times are different, can you do separate drop-offs or pick-ups?
Guests in the same room will be offered only one drop-off or pick-up in total. You will need to pay extra for additional airport transfers.
Do I need to pay extra for a child safety seat?
Child safety seat is free of charge in this package. Please inform us in advance during booking.
I will be taking a red eye flight, can we leave from the hotel at 2am?
No problem, we offer airport transfers 24/7.
My flight lands at 1am, do I need to pay extra for airport pick-up at this hour?
if your flight lands between 11pm to 6am, NT$50 additional charge apply in this package.

How do I get to your hotel from Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station?
We are located in the city center of Taoyuan and can be reached within 15 minutes by taxi.
How do I get to your hotel from Zhongli Railway Station?
We are at a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute taxi ride) away.
My friend won’t be staying at the hotel, but can he/she get a ride with me?
We only provide free airport pick-up/drop-off for guests who book this package with us. But if you have a friend who wants to ride along, he/she can pay extra for the service.
When do I need to tell you the airport transfer time?
After booking your room, please inform us of the time you would like to use the airport transfer service. We can accept airport transfer reservations up to six hours prior to the pick-up or drop-off time.
Do you have a family room or a 4 person room?
Yes, we have two queen sized beds in a four-person family room. We also have five- and six-person rooms.
Do you have parking?
Yes, but we can’t always guarantee that parking will be available at the time of check-in. If you still need the parking spot after check-out, a parking fee will be charged daily. Please note the height limit of the hotel parking lot is 170 cm; if the chassis is too low you will not be able to park the car.
